At Personal Promise Bible, we stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Understandably, since they cannot be resold, personalized items cannot be accepted for a full refund unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. However, unlike other personalized product companies, we offer the following policy for any change or cancellation not due to defect or damage:

  • Within the first 24 hours after order receipt: No fee.
  • Within 5 days after order receipt: additional $10.00 charge for Bibles, $3.00 for Personal Pocket Scriptures or Calendars.
  • More than 5 days after order receipt: Refund will be a minimum of 50% of the purchase price.
